Bimal Prasad Sharma

Mr. Bimal Prasad Sharma is a seasoned banking and corporate professional with extensive experience in banking, human resources, risk management, law, corporate governance and strategic leadership.
He began his professional career with Tata as an HR Executive and subsequently joined Punjab National Bank (PNB) as Manager – Human Resources, rising through the organisation to become General Manager. He later joined Bank of India (BOI) as an Executive Director, serving in senior leadership for approximately four years, including a period of service as Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer (MD & CEO). He has also held board positions in several organisations, including Chairman and Director, Bank of India (Botswana) Ltd.; Director, Bank of India (Uganda) Ltd.; and Director on the boards of the National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) and T. K. International Ltd., among others. Following his retirement from executive service at Bank of India, Mr. Sharma has served as an Independent Director on the Board of Canara Bank (2019 to 2025).
His extensive experience across senior executive, board and international banking positions has provided him with a comprehensive understanding of people, organisational strategy, human resources, risk management, legal and regulatory matters, corporate governance, institutional leadership and business growth. He brings a practical, multidisciplinary perspective to leadership, people management, strategic decision-making, governance and sustainable organisational development.
Dr. Subhoda Banerjee

Dr. Subhoda Banerjee is a legal academic, entrepreneur, trainer, and consultant with a Ph.D. in Law, specialising in Corporate Law and Governance, with experience spanning academia, multinational corporations, consulting, professional training, and legal education.
She is the Co-Founder of PEOPLIQ, focusing on HR consultancy, professional learning, organisational development, training, and people-centric solutions. She is also associated with Tryakshar Academy, TCS iON and CENTA as a Subject Matter Expert, Trainer and Educator. She serves as a Master Soft Skills Trainer, IELTS Training Specialist, POSH Trainer and External IC Member, and is also engaged as a Paper Setter, Moderator, Trainer/Facilitator, Resource Person, and Moot Court Adjudicator/Judge for colleges, universities, and various academic and professional institutions.
Her earlier professional experience includes serving as Assistant Professor of Law at St. Xavier’s University, Kolkata and Ramaiah College of Law, Bengaluru, along with corporate and consulting roles at PwC Acceleration Center, Thomson Reuters, and Wipro Technologies.
With a multidisciplinary background across law, education, corporate practice, entrepreneurship, training, and organisational learning, she brings an integrated perspective to professional development, legal education, people management, and institutional growth. A published researcher recognised with multiple professional awards for her contributions to education, training, and social impact, she is also an aspiring travel vlogger and content creator, documenting travel experiences and exploring destinations, culture, and local experiences through digital content.
