The programme encourages seniors to share their life journeys, achievements, challenges and valuable lessons, creating opportunities for others to learn from their experiences. It also provides a safe and welcoming environment where participants can openly discuss their concerns, challenges and everyday experiences while receiving encouragement and support from peers and family members.
Share Your Life Journey
Every life journey carries valuable lessons. Senior citizens are encouraged to share their stories, achievements, challenges and experiences, creating opportunities for others to learn from real-life experiences and celebrate their journeys.

Ms. Sunita Mohanty is a Master’s in Sociology and a purpose-driven professional with experience in social impact, community development, CSR, corporate communication and stakeholder relationship management.
She served as the Secretary of the Union, the NGO of Union Bank of India, where she contributed to initiatives focused on cancer patient support, child welfare, community development and assistance to underserved communities in Mumbai.
With a strong understanding of people, communities and organisational relationships, she brings empathy, strategic thinking, communication skills and execution capability to every initiative.
As an Associate Co-founder, she contributes to Peopliq's people-first and socially responsible approach, with a focus on inclusive growth, community engagement, employee well-being and sustainable social impact.
